  • PAYMENT ISSUES?
    • Please download/update the BlackBerry Payment OptionsAfter this update. You should be able to pay via PayPal successfully. Learn more.
    • OR you can use our Secure Payment Gateway to pay for our Apps.
    • OR: Please try other Payment Methods that your country supports: PayPal, Debit Card, Credit Card and Carrier Billing. Also make sure you have FUNDS on your account.
    • Do not have a Credit Card but have Debit Card?
      • Please don’t mind the Credit word. You can use Debit Cards to pay. Just proceed and enter your Debit Card details.
    • To pay via Carrier Billing/Airtime/Data Plan: 
      • Go to Phone Settings > Payment Options > Wait for Payment Accounts section to load and show your Carrier. > Click it and proceed.
    • What are the Supported payment types?
    • Getting “We ran into a problem while processing your request. Please try again later. (PS1036lq)” when logging into PayPal from BlackBerry World on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone ?

      • Please contact our: Email Support and tell us your issue in detail. Send screenshots of errors if possible.
  • Can’t find the SOLUTION for your PROBLEM in the General FAQs?
  • Not receiving Hub Integrated Notifications?
    • Please make sure you have accepted ALL PERMISSIONS during installation. To re-enable permissions, please go to Phone Settings App > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions.
    • Please make sure you’ve enabled the Notifications Toggle in our App’s Settings.
    • Also double check your Notification Filters and Headless Refresh Intervals.
    • Note that our app will not sync ALL NOTIFICATIONS to your BlackBerry HUB. It will only sync UNREAD notifications. If you’ve read the notification somewhere else like the browser or another app, our app will not give you notification because it is already read.
    • If the issue persists, Please Uninstall/Delete the app > Reboot Device > Reinstall the app from BlackBerry World.
    • For Facebook Messenger
      • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU’RE USING MESSENGER PRO and not the MESSENGER LITE
  • Error Downloading Apps in BlackBerry World?
    • Please make sure you have a working internet connection.
    • Try changing networks, WiFi, or Mobile Data.
    • Go to BlackBerry World App > Settings > Refresh and try again.
    • Note: This issue isn’t my fault. I don’t own BlackBerry World. Please don’t blame my app.
  • How to Upgrade to PRO?
    • Swipe down from the very top of the screen > Settings > Scroll to the very bottom > Press Upgrade to PRO
  • Restore Purchase button tells you that “You have not paid any PRO Features yet”?
    • If you paid using our custom Secure Payment Gateway
      • Since you paid outside the BlackBerry Payments System, your purchase isn’t recorded in BlackBerry’s servers but on our own server (No bank/credit/debit card information is recorded, we just used your User ID and made your account PRO).
      • What’s important is you already have access to PRO Features. Just ignore the Restore Purchase button.
    • If you paid through BlackBerry Payments:
      • Make sure you’ve bought the PRO. Check if you got a receipt from BlackBerry. If you didn’t receive any receipts, it just means no funds from your account were charged.
  • Already paid for PRO but still cannot access the PRO Features?
    • Please make sure you got a receipt when you purchased. If you didn’t received a receipt, it means your account was not charged and purchase didn’t go through.
    • For Face10, Inst10, Twittly, and Dater
      • Please go to Settings Tab > Tap the bottom right overflow action item > Restore Purchase
    • For others:
      • Just make sure you downloaded the PRO App. Not the one that says LITE
    • Face10 PRO and Messenger PRO are not the same app. They’re separate Apps. You need to have separate licenses for each.
    • For Twittly Wallpapers PRO restoring purchase issue
      • Please wait for the fix
  • Repeating Hub Notifications?
    • Please Uninstall/Delete the App > Restart Device > Reinstall
  • Clicking Buy PRO or Restore PRO doesn’t do anything?
    • This happens when the Payments Server of BlackBerry World is busy. Please click the button a few more times and it should work.
  • Will I have to purchase again if I uninstall the app?
    • NO. You only have to Restore PRO to get it back.
    • To Restore PRO:
      • Go to the App’s Settings by swiping down from the very top of the screen > Scroll down and press Restore PRO/Purchase button.
  • How to Change Color Schemes or Switch to Dark Theme?
    • Swipe down from the very top of the screen > Settings
  • Experiencing Battery Drain issues?
    • This all depends on how you setup The App’s Refresh Intervals. Please go to the App’s Settings > Change the intervals.
    • Note: the shorter the duration, the more battery it will consume.
  • Need more Security and Privacy for the App?
    • Add more security by setting an App Password. Swipe down from the very top of the screen > Settings >  Enable Security Password Lock.
  • App is crashing / doesn’t open?
    • Please Uninstall/Delete the App
    • Go to BlackBerry World App >Swipe down from the very top > Settings > Refresh
    • Restart Device > Reinstall the app from BlackBerry World
  • BBM Connecting issues?
    • Please go to Phone Settings App > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions > The app you want to disable BBM > Disable BBM Permission
  • How to Uninstall / Delete Apps?
    • Please see instructions here.
  • Can’t Uninstall? Can’t download because it says OPEN instead of Download?
    • This is a common OS issue and not caused by the app.
    • Workarounds:
      • Open BlackBerry World App > Go to Settings of BlackBerry World by swiping down from the very top > Click Refresh.
      • Restart Device before Uninstalling.
      • Try to Uninstall by tap and holding the icon in the Home Screen then tap the Trash Icon
      • Try to Uninstall using the Settings > App Manager > Data Monitor
      • Or try Uninstalling inside BlackBerry World by tapping the menu icon and tap Uninstall.
  • Account Info Needed? Requiring Login Password?
    • This issue usually happens when you update your Operating System (OS).
    • Please download Accounts Cleaner App (FREE) and get rid the ghost icons
  • WHY PAY when this app on other platforms are FREE?
    •  I am Oliver Martinez, the only (1) man developer of all my apps. I don’t work for Facebook/Instagram/Tinder/Google/Twitter/Periscope/Uber and neither for BlackBerry. I am not being paid by any company to build apps.
    • I need your support. Your support is the reason why I am still here making apps for BlackBerry. I love this Platform and I’m sure you also do. So please, if you buy one of my apps, it would really mean a lot to me and to all other users. It will help us all (My Apps’ Development, Nemory Studios, BlackBerry, BlackBerry10 OS and YOU) keep going. I hope you now understand why I charge for my apps. Thank you very much!
  • Forgotten App Security Lock Password?
    • Please enter xxNEMORYxx as the Security Lock Password. Note: Always double check for a SPACE character when typing passwords that may cause issues.
  • How to add Multiple Accounts?
    • If Multiple Accounts are supported in the app
      • Swipe Down from the very top part of the screen > Tap Accounts > Tap the PLUS button
  • How to Logout or Remove Account?
    • Swipe Down from the very top part of the screen > Tap Accounts > Tap and hold the account you want to remove.
    • If you see the Logout button from the menu. Just press it to logout.
  • Videos have no sound? Greeny Images?
    • My apps use the BB10 Media Player that came with the OS. So it’s an OS issue and out of my control.
    • Workaround: Restart Device.
  • Multiple Hub Icons? Ghost Icons? No Hub Icon? 
    • No need to wipe your phone anymore. We already have a solution. Also note this issue isn’t our fault. But BlackBerry’s fault for not fixing this long time issue that all of us 3rd Party Hub Integration developers are suffering.
    • #1 Please download Hub Remover App BAR File using your Desktop Computer (SELECT THE APPROPRIATE APP)
    • #2 Use Google Chrome and download this Extension: BB10 Playbook App Manager.
    • #3 Then follow this tutorial on how to sideload the Hub Remover BAR File to your phone
