    • Those are ADS by Instagram and there’s no way to prevent it yet.

    •  Download the FREE Headless Stabilizer App by Nemory Studios: https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/59961994/ Just let it be installed and close it after opening and you’re done. It doesn’t drain your battery too.
    • Just make sure you allowed all permissions of Inst10 so that it works properly especially Run in Background and Post Notifications Permissions. And Notifications Settings in Inst10 Advanced Settings are on. Also set the Refresh Interval to a higher minutes if you want more stability. Make sure to restart phone after changes to fully propagate.
    • Workaround: Uninstall > Restart Phone > Reinstall also set your Headless Refresh interval to a higher number for more stability.
    • NOTE: If you’re a PRO User, don’t worry when you un-install, you will not lose your PRO and you will never have to re-purchase anything. Just make sure to Request Existing Purchase after Re-install from the Settings/About Page.
  • Uploaded Photo is not in the allowed Aspect Ratio?
    • Instagram Servers only allow Landscape Photos and also Portrait Photos. But portrait photos has more limitation. It should only be atleast in a 4:3 ratio and nothing more.
    • Don’t upload super rectangular, vertical photos.
  • How to Un-Install?

  • LOGIN_REQUIRED Error after the recent update?

  • Can’t upload video?

  • Forgotten your App Security Password?
    • use xxNEMORYxx as temporary password. And it will tell you your original password. Please note that the password is sensitive. Make sure no spaces in the end or the start.
  • Can’t upload?
    • Make sure you accepted all permissions especially: Camera and Shared Files
    • Make sure the photo is a JPG, JPEG, PNG file format
  • App doesn’t open / crashing?
    • Please try to Restart Phone and try again.
    • Still doesn’t? Uninstall > Restart Phone > Reinstall
    • NOTE: If you’re a PRO User, don’t worry when you un-install, you will not lose your PRO and you will never have to re-purchase anything. Just make sure to Request Existing Purchase after Re-install from the Settings/About Page
  • Can’t Uninstall? Can’t Redownload and says Open?
    • This is a common issue, but it’s an OS issue and not caused by the app. This issue does not happen to Inst10 only but also on any other app. It depends on the OS you’re using and it’s BlackBerry’s Job to actually fix.
    • Workarounds:
      • Open BlackBerry World App > Go to Settings of BlackBerry World by swiping down from the very top > Click Refresh.
      • Before Uninstalling, Restart Phone then Uninstall.
      • Try to Uninstall by tap and holding the icon in the Home Screen then tap the Trash Icon
      • Try to Uninstall using the Settings > App Manager > Data Monitor
      • Or try Uninstalling inside BlackBerry World by tapping the menu icon and tap Uninstall.
      • NOTE: If you’re a PRO User, don’t worry when you un-install, you will not lose your PRO and you will never have to re-purchase anything. Just make sure to Request Existing Purchase after Re-install from the Settings/About Page.
  • How do I add more than 1 account?
    • Swipe down from the very top > Tap Accounts > Tap the Plus sign on the top right.
  • Purchased Pro but Inst10 can’t recognize?
    • Go to Settings or About Page then click Request Existing Purchase.
  • Cannot comment? Giving errors?
    • Please try to write a comment on your own Photo.
  • Where’s the Advanced Settings?
    • from the very top of the screen > swipe down > tap Options > look below and tap Advanced Settings
  • How to logout?
    • from the very top of the screen > swipe down > tap Accounts > Remove the account you want to logout
  • How to Re-Gram and Re-Direct?
    • Tap and hold a media then tap Re-Gram/Re-Direct
  • Getting lost on how to use some parts of the app?
    • Please visit the Tutorials Page again: Swipe down from the very top > Tap About > Tap View Tutorial
  • Double Tap to Like doesn’t work?
    •  Please do it quicker. In bb10 you should do it quicker than any other platforms.

  3. OMG!!! I never belive blank ATM card do exist until when i finaly came across Mr lion forster. My blank ATM card can withdraw €4,000 daily. I got it from Him last week Wednesday and now I have €14,000 for free.     My inst10 stopped working on my blackberry so I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it. It said I had to upgrade to pro and said I had to pay or restore existing account which is what I did. A message popped up saying it was successful and the app needed to restart. Restarted but same problem. Going round in circles and can’t fix it. Even tried uninstalling again – but same problem persists. Any help would be appreciated?
